Description:

USATAA is the national association for people who use Transactional Analysis (TA) in their practices. Transactional Analysis, developed by Eric Berne, MD, was first made popular by books such as his Games People Play and Thomas Harris' I'm OK-You're OK.

Mission/Aims:

The United States of America Transactional Analysis Association provides a challenging educational environment for professional and personal development. We are dedicated to offering creative opportunities to learn by experience and to build community. We actively seek to involve and include a wide variety of people.

Principal Activities:

We sponsor conferences and training events, publish a newsletter and website with educational material, and coordinate activities with the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) and the Americas TA Association (ATAA).

Member Benefits:

Learn from, contribute to and take a leadership role in an organization dedicated to the on-going development and application of Transactional Analysis.

Participate in conferences, training events, and gatherings of people who use Transactional Analysis.

Training/Licensing/Certification:

TA Practitioner Certificate, and through affiliation with ITAA, Certified Transactional Analyst and Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst certifications.
