Mission/Aims:

To provide high-quality information about Yoga, including answers to questions about Yoga practice, guidelines on choosing a qualified Yoga teacher, and educational materials for safe and effective home study, including books, video- and audiotapes, CDs, and DVDs

Principal Activities:

Classes are offered through school systems in the greater Cleveland area. Teachers may travel to other locations for special workshops on Easy Does It Yoga, Stress Management, or other topics related to Yoga. Questions about Yoga are welcome

Verification Criteria:
