Description: A non-profit, educational organisation for all teachers of Japanese in NSW schools.
Mission/Aims: The main aims of the JTAN are to provide a place of mutual support and professional development for teachers of Japanese.
Principal Activities: Providing inservices and workshops to teachers and students of Japanese in NSW.
Publishing examination kits for senior levels.
Providing a website and newsletter for member communication and sharing teaching resources and ideas.
Member Benefits: Receiving member discount for inservices, workshops and examination kits.
Receiving a JTAN Newsletter email regularly.
Sharing teaching resources and ideas between the members, using the member area in JTAN website.
Training/Licensing/Certification: Programming and assessment techniques.
Language classroom methodologies and practical activities.
