Description:

The YSG is the only organisation in England and Wales, whose sole objective is to represent the interests of solicitors during the early stages of their careers.

Membership is restricted to solicitors and registered foreign lawyers who are within 10 years of admission. The YSG currently represents the interests of over 30,000 qualified solicitors.

The YSG does not represent any person who is a partner, director or principal of the business for which they work.

To be the primary source of career advice to young solicitors.
To offer unique social and professional networking opportunities.
To campaign on work related issues of concern to young solicitors.
To provide pastoral care through a dedicated Adviceline.
To hold training events tailored to our members' specific needs.
