COSA is the peak national body representing health professionals whose main work is cancer control. Formed in 1971, COSA conducts an annual scientific meeting, seminars and educational activities related to current cancer issues.

Mission/Aims:

To promote and foster the exchange and diffusion of information and ideas relating to the causation, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of neoplastic diseases.

Principal Activities:

To foster and promote cancer research and to further the training of all persons in cancer research and clinical oncology.
