The Medical Oncology Group of Australia (MOGA) is the peak professional body representing Medical Oncologists in Australia.

The Medical Oncology Group of Australia is a Special Society of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and a sub-group of the Clinical Oncological Society of Australia.

Medical oncology is a sub-specialty of internal medicine devoted to the investigation, diagnosis and management of people with malignant diseases including preventative and palliative medicine. Medical oncologists are involved in clinical care, cancer research (including biology, therapeutics, epidemiology and clinical outcomes research), health education, ethics and clinical teaching.
