The objectives of the Society are to advance the practice and study of haematology and to facilitate contact between persons interested in haematology.

Principal Activities:

An annual Scientific Meeting.

Publishing Guidelines from the British Committee for Standards in Haematology.

Offering Scientific Scholarships for younger doctors and scientists in the discipline and Student Scholarships for medical electives in Haematology.

Publishing regular Bulletins.
