Professional body for needs based financial advisers. Members agree to be bound to act in clients' interests, and are encouraged to follow the internationally recognised six-step professional advice process.

Mission/Aims:

To be the professional body of choice of all financial advisers. To foster professionalism among financial advisers and to serve the needs and interests of members and the public.

Setting professional standards
Assisting members achieve professional standards
Disciplining members who fail to reach required professional standards
Developing initial and ongoing professional education pathways for members
Communicating and co-operating with members, the Government, and other stakeholders
