Member-supported association representing consumer credit counseling and personal/family financial education non-profit organizations.

Mission/Aims:

The Association fulfills its mission by establishing a consensus among consumer professionals regarding service standards and professional industry conduct, as well as by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with credit management professionals and consumers.

Principal Activities:

Assist debt-challenged individuals and families with support and guidance toward rehabilitation.

Training/Licensing/Certification:

Organizational accreditation to ISO and industry standards through BVQi and counselor certification through IPF/AFCPE.
