Description:

British Columbia Association of Teachers of Modern languages is a provincial specialist association of the BC Teachers Federation.

Mission/Aims:

To promote and advance the teaching of modern languages throughout the province;

To communicate to members information related to modern language instruction;

To furnish recommendations and advice to the BCTF Executive Committee and other committees of the BCTF on matters affecting language teaching and language teachers;

To establish and maintain contact with other modern language associations.
