Description: The Reflexology Association of Canada is a federally chartered, non-profit association founded in 1976. The association offers training in foot, ear and hand reflexology for practitioners and teachers, and also provides a range of services to its members. Members are located across Canada as well as in the USA, Jamaica, Singapore and other countries.
Mission/Aims: The mission of the Reflexology Association of Canada is to unify reflexologists across Canada.
Principal Activities: Providing the highest level of training to practitioners and teachers. Lobbying government to have reflexology recognized under the Health Act. Lobbying insurance companies to have reflexology recognized as a valid alternative to conventional therapies. Providing a central point for dissemination of information to members and the public about reflexology.
