The AAGE is made up of member organisations that recruit and develop graduates or which offer services in connection with graduate recruitment and development. The AAGE is run by a dedicated committee of industry leaders from a variety of industry sectors around Australia. The AAGE provides guidance for the continuous improvement of graduate recruitment and development practices.

Mission/Aims:

Gather and disseminate quality information on graduate recruitment and development practices in Australian organisations.

Represent the view of employers and provide guidance on key graduate recruitment and development issues.

Contribute to the increased effectiveness of graduate recruitment and development functions in Australia.

Ongoing development of professional relationships with relevant bodies.

Provide an annual national conference for professional development and consideration of graduate recruitment and related issues.
