Mission/Aims: The mission of the MCDA is to promote career planning and development across the lifespan, resulting in personal satisfaction and success for our students, clients, and constituents through these five categories:
Collaborating, Learning, Advocating, Networking and Supporting.
Principal Activities: General meeting to identify current trends and a quarterly newsletter to provide this information to our members.
Annual conference to provide strategies and information to our members.
